- Return Conditions
Customers need to inspect the condition of the goods and can request an exchange/return at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
- Goods are not of the correct type, model, as ordered, or as shown on the website at the time of placing the order.
- Insufficient quantity, incomplete set as stated in the order.
- External damage such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.
Customers are responsible for providing relevant documentation to prove the deficiencies in order to complete the return/exchange process.
- Notification and Return Shipment Guidelines
- Notification period for returns: within 48 hours from receiving the product for cases of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage.
- Return shipment period: within 14 days from receiving the product.
- Return location: Customers can directly bring the items to our office/store or ship them via postal service.
